We ship all our parcels with Royal Mail, and whilst they will try to keep their usual service schedules, we recommend that you upgrade your delivery service where possible for Pre-Xmas Delivery:
- Choose Special Delivery Next Day up to Tuesday 23rd December, 2pm
- Choose Tracked 24 up to Monday 22nd December, 1.30pm

XTENDED XMAS RETURNS
For all Christmas presents ordered after 1st Nov 2025, we are extending our usual 30 day returns policy to Friday 16th January 2026 or 30 days, whichever is the later.
